Infinity loop is more than just an nvidia problem, ati has it too, so shut your pie-hole about it being isolated to nvidia only.
Now..to help you, I had that inifinity loop problem with my 9700Pro, and my problem was my memory. timings were off, causing my games to crash, giving the inifinity...
Is the GTX running at 16x?
What kind of 3dMark 05 scores are you getting?
---mark scores would be nice to average your score to make sure that along the lines of synthetic benchmarkings you're within average :)
You need to disable the Integrated Graphics from within the BIOS, not windows.
You also need to select which video-output you'd like to use.
Should be an option to select AGP/PCI to boot.
Starting Oct.2nd
Here are some highlights my friend shared with me.

I agree with you though, they seem fishy, let's just wait until the official results and benchmarks are released, BY reputable sources.

For someone going to caltech, you aren't too bright. This is not the appropriate forum, also, we are not the postal office, so we cannot say what will happen, this is why you take it up with the shipping carrier yourself. :p
People complaining about the 700m either never used it, or just hate Dell for having tech support in india.
Get the 700m, it's one of the best and inexpensive small laptops out on the market. rivals ibm.
OK....Hate california if you lived here, socal power outages go out all the time in summer due to "AC abuse". Heh.
I doubt 4xGTX will blow out a fuse, and if it did, take pics  :p
Both.
You going to go through every thread about their 3dMark being low or couldn't reach a certain score and talk them down about bragging too?
Cause this is what you're obviously trying to attempt with me.
I must be in the wrong forum, this is [H]ardForums right? Kind of thought I...
Think you should just not post anymore.
Save yourself while you're still in shallow waters. hightide coming soon son, run.
Anywho, Nice videocard, and so far I've hard alot about ViperJohn, if he could do something to my 6800Go in my laptop, i'd send it to him!
WTF. This is not [S]oftOCP!
THE [H]arder the [H]ardware the BETTER!
To all who are saying it's overkill, PLEASE DO NOT VISIT THIS FORUM ANYMORE! YOU ARE [S]oftcore!
I WANT 10xSLI BITCHES! WOOOOOOOO! ;)
Any of these.
I'd probably go for the X800GT.

X800GT should do it well...
The R520 is going to be 512MB? Holy cow...What is the MSRP ? Does anyone know? I wouldn't be surprised if these suckers sold for a grip load of cash. Ouch my pockets:(
EPOX makes solid products, on my personal system builds, they've always been first on my list, mainly because of their QC. I've used Abit, Asus and a random ECS.
Epox all the way all the time, intel or amd :)
What about it? OpenGL went bye-bye once DX9 was released and DX8 & 9 -based games were coming out.
DX10 just pushed OpenGL even further out the door.
I think it's for the best. Now they can focus on just DirectX.
Seems like with Nvidia's 7800 series, they've been doing well in DX based...
One of the many finest things I've seen with Nvidia and their driver support is OS/*nix driver support!
Nvidia has never let the *nix community down!
ATi on the other hand...has.
