A year and a half ago, I had an issue with UPS as well, I shipped my tower to school and the box got smashed up along the way, resulting in a damaged case and damaged parts. They cut me a check for brand new upgrades, no questions asked.

Another suggestion for the case could be to replace the 2 80mm fans with vantec stealths or something of the like. And another heatsink (not widely available in the US, only from tigerdirect) is the Titan Vanessa L or S type. The PC P&C Silencer is what I've got though I can't really say...

The PC-60bplus is not a bad case at all. However, it does have four case fans and if you're really adverse to the noise, you may want to grab a fan controller for them. But if you're looking for another lian-li, don't look too much into the non-plus pc-60s or pc-61 as the 120mm front intake...
