Yeah I do have heatware... http://www.heatware.com/eval.php?id=76531
Sorry, it's already on eBay, if you want it you have to hurry and let me know before the bid is over so I can cancel it, otherwise, you can just bid...
My ebay account / feedback: http://feedback.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewFeedback2&userid=yamahaalex37&ftab=AllFeedback
Sorry to be in a rush, but I have been dealing with this ordeal for over a month. I will put this up for a few hours to see if I can avoid eBay fees. I just paid $680, I am...
That's funny I was just wondering if I could ask that question without getting flamed. Frankly, all the redirects are pretty annoying and seem kind of childish... did Newegg do something to hurt a mod's feelings?
I take back what I said, I updated to kernel 3.7 and it works fine.
It is still a relatively low resolution, but thats what I expect out of a budget notebook. I still like the 1792x768 much better than the traditional 1366x768. I think it is enough to get most things side by side.
Even if I...
I like this a lot I think it is pretty much the most genius thing ever for multi-taskers, such as programming with docs or browsers on one half, and code on the other. However I will have to return it for the fact that every linux distro and kernel I have tried has a bug with this display...
You really think addictive behaviors like gaming, alcoholism, etc are curbing your depression? You may want to do a little brutally honest self exploration... "In no way makes it worse" is a scary comment, denial can be a huge root in these things manifesting.
Oh wow, Natural Selection 2 came out... I remember a lot of hype about this sequel a year or longer ago, I thought it was abandoned. I was addicted to the first one for a while, might need to check it out... but $25 is a bit steep I think

Just head to the site, sign up, visit the packtlib.packtpub, and you can browse every single book for a limited time. You should also see one available download in the top right.
As for me, my interests are web development, programming, and game development, and PacktPub...
I am all for discount game key sites like direct2play, cdgamekeys, cdkeysdiscount, etc, etc, but even I will recommend staying away from CDDISKI.ru. It was a while ago that I tried ordering from them, and I believe it required a Russian proxy. I also never received the game I bought for $10...
I'm also curious if this is worth it over a X3 740, ~ 3.4 stable. I feel like this will extend my life on the AM3 platform, and I have another AM3 board I could use with my old CPU for another PC. Overall, if it's not worth the upgrade though, I'll wait for a new platform.
CPU Mark shows a...
You just got the drives, and already got the MIRs back? That sounds outrageous, don't they usually take about a month? Just curious, because I thought there was some speculation as to whether two MIRs would work.
I was coming to tell you it's spelled 'Dead Space'...
It looks like a good deal, but not really worth it unless you pay extra to get Miner Wars and Sol Exodus, I'm guessing
You're right, flaming and trolling about how others are A. jealous, B. jealous, or C. ignorant, should not be allowed. Glad the other members rightfully put him in his place.
Just judging by Newegg's 'SSD' category, ordering by Most Reviews, is that what you're referring to as the "rate that they're going at"? I think they sell more drives than most, so they have more failures than most, but also they've done some questionable things to piss of the more "in the know"...
I remeber when everyone said OCZ was the only SSD you should get, besides Intel. Then they switched the NAND size, and everyone started hating them. But I've had an Onyx, Vertex II, Agility 3, and many SSD from other brands. They have all worked equally well. When you actually look at overall...
Is it just me or does it look the same as BL1 (or even more cartoony)? I just can't imagine how much more this can bring to the table, especially if I never completed BL1 100%. Almost looks to me how Skyrim was the same game as Oblivion, but a little worse in this case. I'm just assuming here...
I've got a friend studying engineering and he's got to do a capstone project. Maybe I'll get him this as a gift, and he can use it to build a robot of some sort. What language would one use to program this, and would it be simple to program from a Windows or Linux box?
It's funny that this was on Slickdeals for a while when I saw it, and I thought "I wonder why it's not in Hotdeals, being a HardOCP promo". Well apparantly it was, I guess we just don't check the Newegg sticky anymore :p
Some of the OCZ drives are pretty slick... funny because I never actually check this thread, I just happened across this deal on SD, and wondered why it wasn't on Hot Deals... lol
Vertex 4 64GB...
yeah kinda, but if you try to unlock it, which if I were to buy any low power cpu for a server, I would generally look for at least a dual core, I wonder how much it really gets then
How do you even know how old it is? The only part he listed was the GPU. 4GB of ram and a dual core processor should be enough to run any dedicated game server as good as a anything, assuming he had necessary bandwidth, which I doubt.
Your comment seems really odd and out of place for this, being a very reputable manufacturer. It sounds like you've had really odd luck. In the end I think I'll value Crucial's reputation and the 25/5-star review average on Newegg more than your occurrence.

It's kind of hard to resist 8GB at this price, even when you don't need it... even when you don't have a place to stick it..... I guess I could just initiate the building-another-rig process... this is how I save money right...
