Without CnQ enabled, I was at 1.26v in CPU-Z on my Shuttle SN25P with 4400+. With CnQ, I've seen it hit 1.05v... I could not be happier with the X2.

Don't know about you, but on my X2 4400+ and 7800GTX setup, BF2 plays MUCH better than when XP is run with the /onecpu switch in the boot.ini (forces XP to use uniprocessor kernel). The difference in framerates was noticable, since all the other threads were not held up by the game.

What settings in the BIOS for this? I'd like to know what you changed across the board so I can try and do the same... thanks!

Here I was thinking my memory was "bad", when in fact -- after reading around -- manfacturers want you to bump the voltage in order to achieve their high-speed latencies. That's kind of weird, IMO. I am now debating returning the Patriot memory... at 2.8, this thing has been perfectly stable...

Yes, I got the PDP 2-3-2-5 memory. CPU-Z shows it as 2-3-2-5 and everything seems fine now... but I still get random lock ups or BSOD's. I've got AMD Cool'n'Quiet going and have verified with nTune/CPU-Z that it's working as expected. Current CPU temp is 27C, system temp is 43C, GPU is 57C...

Where is a good primer on overclocking these modern systems? Got a link? :) I just bought an SN25P system with an X2 4400+. Last I did overclocking was in the days of the Celeron 300A -> 450 by changing the FSB from 66Mhz to 100Mhz.
