wd2500ks vs.wd3200ks vs.wd4000kd which one would be better in terms of preformance?

im looking for 2 new harddrives. i want sata2, lots of space, and a 16mb buffer. i was thinking of spending around $240-250 on these. the wd3200ks looked very good as so did the wd2500ks, even though it has less space. would you reccommend these? or should i choose different ones?
