I recently installed the VF-700Cu with Arctic Silver 5 on my new X1900XTX and the biggest improvement is noise. Temperatures improved only slightly, but the silence makes it a huge improvement. Stock: 55C idle, 81C load VF-700Cu: 50C idle, 78C load (fan at 5v)

I had this exact problem when I adjusted the mouse settings during a running game, which was a known bug. Maybe try restarting the game and making your mouse adjustments before you enter a game. This worked for me.

Thanks for the feedback. Never thought about how it felt, just how compatible it'd be with games. A force feedback shifter would be nice, but would probably be expensive as hell.
