Completely normal, everything that has a rechargable battery is going to be an estimation of the charge capacity, just most electronic devices will assume that it is 100% rather than 98 or 99%.

I think that it does have DVI, as well as HDMI. BestBuy.com does not have it listed and the ad has a different part number than any of the other Westinghouse display's (W3213). However, there is a W32w3, in which case is listed on the Westinghouse website here.

Most stores have a configuration that has 1GB of ram already installed. Even if they don't you can get them to install extra ram for you, or you can buy it and install it yourself.
