That really looks like it's been sitting out in the rain for a decade or two. Pretty sweet, the green paint is a nice touch.

I always love worklogs like this with a bunch of custom fab'ed work by someone who knows what they're doing, be the material wood, metal, acrylic, or whatever. Great work, gonna definitely watch this one.

I think they both look pretty sweet, but if you decide on the orange maybe put some orange LED's or something in the case. Maybe a CCFL. Not sure how good that would look with the res, though.

The only thing that will make a video card obsolete are the apps. And since current games certainly aren't limited by the 7800GTX now, I don't think releasing a more powerful card will change things.

Just wondering, but do you really have to sell one? Obviously you could still get some use out of both, so are you running out of room or something that makes it imperative that you get rid of one? But if you really HAVE to sell one, I would drop the P4.

If you're looking at 6800Ultras, then I would just get the 7800GT (not the GTX,mind you) which I think will be around $450 when released. Also, the reason I suggested the $120 mobo was because you said you weren't going SLI.
