Guys thanks so much for your posts and interest. I wanted to let you all know the cards have sold.

I know what you mean I am tempted to just return both of my 7800GTX's to Dell and keep these cards. After paying $400 each for the 6800's which worked great for the short time I used them and it might not be worth the cost of losing money on the 6800's and buying the 7800's.

Guy’s thanks for the e-mails about the price at Newegg I read the rebate wrong. Well I have dropped the price on both cards to $260 each including shipping. I hope that is a better price point. Thanks again I appreciate the feedback. David

That is a tough one. I tried a 9800 Pro in my Dell with a similar PS and it would not work. I called Dell to double check the PS and it was a 230 watt I believe. I would call Dell to double check the PS specs. Good Luck

For me a few extra bucks for a solid no hassle warranty is worth its weight in gold when you have a problem. After spend so much for a video card I want a better warranty just in case. On that note I am sure both cards will perform similarly.

Thanks have run all the drivers including the beta ones on 3D Guru and I still get screen and graphic glithches. Cant Run Wow, EQ2, 3D Mark 2003 and some other things in SLI. This go around I leave the second card in place and turn off SLI in the NVidia driver.

Yes it is the Delete Key. Hit it when U see the BIOS start up or the ASUS Spash screen will come up first if that option is checked. Try hitting and holding it.
