I just ordered one of these from buy.com last week (for $139.99 :(). It shipped on the 10th and I got it today using their free shipping. This is my first mp3 player and so far I like it, seems easy enough to use and sound quality is as good as my old portable cd player. It's a new unit, not...
I got a 2223 at BB and a 2216 at OD, returned 2223 because of the exact same problem you had. The 2216 has great movie detail, I watch most movies on my Xbox 360 through the VGA port and the image quality is outstanding. If you return the 2223 give a 2216 a try, OD has had good prices on them...
Got my shipping notice today, thanks for the heads up on this excellent deal!! Also, a tip of the hat to Circuit City for honoring the posted price, think I might go there this weekend and look for an HD-DVD player to play these on:D
I picked up one in store today, it rang up at $39.99 but no rebates printed out!! The cashier called the store manager, and after showing her the yellow tag on the shelf plainly stating the modem was "free" after rebates, she headed for a computer and brought up the OD website looking for...
Picked one up in a BB store this morning, $89.99 out the door, one $30.00 and one $20.00 rebate. Includes 20 pack of TDK 8X DVD-R disks, there was a correction notice on the shelf saying the DL disks were actually single layer. Still seems like a good deal to me!!
From what I've read, the difference in benchmarked speed from an Nforce4 based board is currently about 5%. In real world use is this really going to be something you would notice?
As for the PCI-E, everything I've read says it works just fine. I would be intrested in seeing this info about...
I upgraded from a AthlonXP setup, this Asrock board seems plenty fast to me. I think that much of the speed difference from Nforce based boards is driver related, as the drivers get better this board will probably get faster. Meanwhile, you can enjoy the benifits of a 939 based system without...
I just got one of these boards this week, and it's great. It has booted up every time with no problems, about the quickest motherboard upgrade I have ever done. So far I am very happy with it!!
The UPS's are good units. APC makes them, their name is not on the box but it is on the batteries inside the units. I'm actually using the ones I got with my dvd recorder, tivo, and vcr's so if the power goes out they will keep their programming longer. These units also have surge suppressors...
I picked up a couple of these UPS's earlier this week, both were defective and had to be exchanged ( broken circuit breaker, parts broken internally ). Other than that they work great, they appear to have been built by APC.
Sorry some of you are having problems but keep trying, these speakers are worth it at this price. I paid over $700 bucks for my Take 5's a few years ago, these velodyne speakers sound clearer and play louder. As far as shielding goes, I have 3 speakers located right near my TV and the picture...
Got mine on Monday, just got them set up on my Yamaha system tonight. So far I like what I hear, seem to have good range and clairity. Hope to fire up a few movies this week and see what they can do!!
According to a review referenced eariler in this thread, all 5 speakers are shielded. I should be getting mine sometime today, plan to hook them up with a 12" Sony sub!!
This is the link for the Dell P1110 drivers, I've been using them and they work great in XP!!

I got my Dell P1110 (beige) a copule of days ago, looks to be in factory new condition. Screen seemed a little bright at first but after burning in a bit it now looks great. My only issue is with the auto sizing/center button (second one from the left), it centers fine but will not fill the...
