How many displays can the Chronos drive? Can it do two external plus the internal?

I was using a USB drive to install as well, and mine took quite a while to get past this initial screen (probably 10-15 minutes). You may want to let it wait a bit longer. How fast is the USB drive? That could slow it down as well.

You'll definitely be able to handle a lab environment on that rig. You may have to watch the CPU usage a bit, but I doubt it. As for Storage vMotion, I don't know the physical requirements for that since I've never used it before (it's way to pricey for my needs in my lab environment).
