If it wasn't for the battery dying, I'd still be using my original Pixel XL.. Got a refurb Pixel 3 XL for $500. So far it's a great phone. I thought I'd miss the analog port more than I am, but I bought a nice set of bluetooth headsets and all is well so far...
I originally bought my X370 for my 1700X, and when I upgraded to the 2700X, I also bought a X470 mobo to go with it. I had planned on migrating the 2700X to the X370 for the wife, and get another motherboard for the 1700X to put in use for the kids machine. As long as I can use the 3xxx chips...
According to TechPowerUp: MSI Betrays AMD's Socket AM4 Longevity Promise: No Zen2 for 300-series?
I don't know about you, but if this is true, then that's some baby-back bullshit right there.
Thank you Paul for all the years of quality reviews! Best of luck to you in the future, and be sure to keep us posted on where you land next. If it's gonna be reviewing shit, I'm in.
Paul, thank you for an awesome review as always. Any idea on where you're going to land post-HardOCP? I'm interested in following your PSU Expertise going forward.
My wife's rebuild will be an AMD Ryzen 5 2600X (coming from a 4650k). She won't be missing Intel in the slightest..
Then my kids will get rebuilds of the same 2600X's (replacing 2500k's). Again, they won't know the difference. Meanwhile I'll be saving a bundle.
I've only got windows machines, and KeePass fits the bill for me. The DB file can be used by keepassXC if I choose to use it on my phone, so there's a plus there. I store the DB file on my NextCloud server, and it gets synced across all my machine.
My guess would be to see how many RTX 2080's it takes to stop a .50 cal bullet!

I wonder if this is stemming from sites pushing bogus GDPR information. I know where I work, we have received "automated" emails from people with blank template requests like the one in the OP.

No experiences with MSI boards, but I have used the ASUS products in the past. If you could muster up the additional $$ (about $30 additional), I'd get the ASUS TUF or ASUS Prime B450 mobos.
I am trying my hardest to NOT pull the trigger on this one. I have the 1700 already (OC'ed to a modest 3.75Ghz) and my system is fine right now. I just have to keep telling myself, "Zen 2... Zen 2... Hold off a little more..." Who am I kidding??? I'll probably convince the wife to let me...
They still haven't fixed all the issues with the Oct Update, and they're touting the 19H1 update already? SO glad I installed the Enterprise version of Windows 10 at the office.
Cleared cache and the whole ten yards.. Yep.. :( So far its just that one thread. I'll just move on and eat my lunch now anyways :) Have a great day Kyle..
