Don't forget that most of the posters on this forum are teenagers... I've made that mistake myself in the past.
I don't fault the parents even if they seem a little too over-protective to suite my tastes because they're doing the job the best way they know how. Regardless what the parents...
As mentioned always save your contacts to google and you won't have this problem in the future. There really isn't a good way to transfer the ones you have now to google if they are stored on the phone but at least you can save yourself some trouble next time.
If the app above doesn't work try...
I know this thread is supposed to be over, but sometimes you can get the settings menu to open up and either clear data on the launcher or clear defaults and use another one. I've had this problem before on phones... It's far from dead.
I've never seen a sprint phone with a sim card in it... Its possible the iphones have them as I've never played with one before, but typically sprint doesn't use them.
I'm not familiar with that particular device but samsungs are typically pretty easy to flash assuming you didn't totally brick it. Have you poked around on xda?

That's pretty much where all of the android development starts.
I second the Denon if buying a good avr. They make good stuff that works and sounds great.
If you're looking for a good deal on Behringer amps, the ep4000 was on sale at amazon this week for $267. They're great amps with power to spare. That's a smoking price on it too. If you're posting on...
Look into it... If you get root, you can do whatever you want to do with it. Get rid of the crappy amazon launcher, add the google market and remove all of the ads. You'd end up with a nice little android tablet in the end. And you still have access to all of the kindle stuff when you want it...
Usually people are happy when they get a newer version of a product they returned... Did you check to see if they figured out a rooting method for the new ones?
I got my wife a kindle last year, rooted it xmas night and put a launcher and the market on it and she has loved it all year...
He could always just pay the $5 and join for a year too... I just looked and it's free for the rest of the week too. :)
And then he could keep folding anyway to help the cause.
Funny thread... lol
3 years of basic (yes trs-80 basic), 1 year rpg2, 1 year cobol, and 1 year vb6. I remember just about none of any of it at this point but I can make excel really sing. :)
It's a very interesting and thought provoking design... My biggest disappointment with it is that only the outside screen is touch. I was ready to preorder one until I saw that. Win8 seems like it is easier to navigate with a touch screen...
I just had an 11 month old WD Black 1TB go bad on me and I replaced it with a 128gb Corsair SSD ($214) and a 1TB WD Green ($64) drive and it's working great for me. I was reluctant to go with anything smaller than 128gb for my system drive and they were a little too pricey for me last year so I...
I keep anything that loads on startup on it and the slow loading apps that I use regularly like word, outlook, photoshop etc. Anything else that only gets run every once in a while or is considered "data" goes on the hdd.
I can tell you I started getting the same error about 2 weeks ago and my system started freezing a few days ago. It's still running ok but if I shut it down sometimes I get a squeal when the drive first spins back up.
Let's just say I've been backing up pictures this weekend and my new...
I'm pretty sure the 6041 is one of the slow wu's too. I can run 5:45 a frame on a regular unit but fall to over 20 minutes a frame on a 6041. They take me two days to finish on my 720BE with the 4th core running. Seems like they need to redo the points system for them.
It appears I just got hit by the bug...
I guess I'll leave it up and go to bed...

You know, if Stanford got the smp client running right and deployed it to all of the computers out there that are set up wrong on the classic client, it's highly possible we would see a huge jump in ppd from it as all of the multi processor systems out there running the wrong client because the...
Woops... I thought this thread was about trying to ramp up to compete with a team that's gaining on team 33 daily by giving away free stuff to its members.
And I still would argue that some of the newbies would get caught up in the spirit of it and keep going even after the prizes are gone.
Has anyone asked Kyle if he would sponsor a give away of some old test equipment for new members that say, fold for a month or reach 100k and have a drawing or something?
I bet if 1000 people ran for a month that after the contest was over 500 of them would keep running. Surely this folding...
Yep its normal. The name of my chip changed to the same and when you run an unlocked core you lose the ability to monitor the on-chip temp sensors for some reason. I just use pcprobe and keep an eye on the socket temp and don't worry about it.
I didn't bump my vcore either. The board is...
