I was asked to look into Dell outlet products (E5500+ models) so I am looking into it as well.
Both of Acer and HP were under my radar except I am not a big fan of HP products, and never owned Acer products). Still looking...Thanks though!
I am looking for a laptop for non-gaming use.
Initially, I was looking for 1080p laptop but then, I realized that it's near impossible for given budget, $500ish. So, I began to search for 1366x768. The purpose of this laptop is to do simple web browsing, edit documents, etc. I won't play any...
Thank you for the replies. This is exactly what I was looking for. I looked at MSI 970's but somewhat reluctant to go back to NVIDIA products. For some strange reasons, my NVIDIA cards suffer from overheating. I haven't had my AMD GPU long enough to make any comments but I am quite happy with...
I know how much they go for. I've "stopped" looking at GPU's since I built my system...I don't think I can go wrong with 290X Tri-X but curious about other people's thoughts. Thanks though.
[edit] Leaning towards aftermarket 970...not sure which but it seems like 970 is superior over 290/290X...
I currently have R9 290 Tri-X OC (see my signature for my system details) and trying to pass that card to the following "old" machine:
CPU - Intel Core i5-3570K 3.4GHz Quad-Core Processor
Motherboard - ASRock Z77 Extreme4 ATX LGA1155 Motherboard
Memory - Corsair Vengeance 8GB (2 x 4GB)...
You asked for it. I think whenever anyone needs to go through an RMA process, it becomes a nightmare. You will find many threads about "don't buy it from manufacturer XYZ", "never buy again from newegg", etc. You will run into the same problem regardless of where or whom you buy it from.
This...
Just started to play this game and I love it. I personally like what technician does but couldn't figure out what to get in terms of skills...ended up with hybrid build with non-tech trees. Does anyone enjoy playing tech in this game?
I don't currently own a tablet so I was seriously considering to buy 6+ but more I think about it, I am less inclined to buy 6+.
I wish they came out with the 5" instead of <5"...:mad:
One of few things that I checked was a default stock app. I tried to change text sizes, etc. but the app doesn't seem to display more compared to 6, which was out of my expectation.
Thanks for the reply!
I recently went to the store to check out the phones since my S4 appears to be running slower than my TI-83. I don't think I will never get anything non-apple in terms of smart phones and tablets (don't own one but used one).
Anyways, here's my dilemma. I want to get 6+ if I can see more, not...
I got a single input X-star DP2710LED and happy with it. I think the price is extremely reasonable and although I've not overclock it myself, a large number of people appears to overclock up to 120Hz. It's not guaranteed though.
I didn't bother paying for extra for perfect pixel option but I ended up getting perfect pixel 27" X-Star DP2710LED. I specifically bought single input for gaming but...I no longer play any games. I wish I got the multi instead of single input option.
Regardless, I am happy with what I have...
Yeap. My friends recommend me to use Chrome over Firefox as well but I've not made that change, yet. I hope this driver version solves the problem. Thanks!
I bought this GPU not too long ago and been getting BSOD at least once a day during general use.
I generally have about 10+ tabs open under Firefox and while watching youtube, stream, etc., it just crashes. My CPU is overclocked and stress-tested with Prime95 over a day or so. I had the system...
Initially, I thought I wasn't getting it but it makes sense if you think about a little bit.
You call it, ten-eighty P, fourteen forty P, now, twenty-one sixty P. It gets too wordy. 4K gives a strong impression to customers like OP to think that it's "significantly" better. It's a good move by...
I don't get why they decide to call it 4K but here it is:
1080P = 1920 x 1080
1440P = 2560 x 1440
4K = 3840 x 2160
Going back to your last question, 4GB makes sense considering how 4K has 1.5 as many vertical pixel count as 1440P.
AFAIK, Hynix appears to be better when it comes down to OC...
I meant online. :p
Thinking of buying refurb and need to find a TV to go with it (if I pull the trigger). Looks like people are pretty happy with refurb.
WoW without a doubt...Played since it was released until wotlk. Then, quit for awhile and came back and for expansions. Since I don't have access to the account, I have no idea how many hours I logged...
:rolleyes: What did you expect? 4K?
Not surprised to see the material costs. I can only imagine how much money they spent on engineers for this development.
