To be fair most dev use Steam Survey to base their game, they test it extensively on that platform than add stuff if they want. Right now it's a 4 core CPU, 1060 and a resolution of 1080p.

Hardware HDR doesn't do that, unless the dev tell it do it. The other game (last one) look amazing in HDR on Xbox One X...

First gen of anything sucks.. check tesselation, different type of AA etc. Generally it takes 2-3 generation before it offer great performance. But hey gonna start somewhere... The last TR game is very difficult to run even on modest hardware with VH setting..

upgraded from the same processor and not regretting it.. fx83xx was weird in some game huge gain in assassins creed origins, better low fps etc.. been able to oc it at 4.0ghz so not complaining here

Console performance is horrible, high preset at 792p for Xbox one and 900p for ps4 with 30fps and lower fps during more intense scenes, personally I call that a fail technically wise

Gta5 on pc is a pipe dream. It look good for 360 but the crappy framerate, the horrible pop in made that impossible for me to play it. Was a great project on last gen console tough
