Its been 3 years since I did an RMA to msi, but they were fast and fair. I even once screwed up a MSI mobo by putting a weird video card in a slot backwards and frying the board, and they replaced in about a week.

Lucky for you now they are almost all 150 AR (169 free shipping right now+ 20 rebate) Im looking at the MSI (great motherboards and cards in my experience) BUT this one has bad reviews as its so highly OC'd that its unstable... Most of the reviewers are probably dumb kids or dont have a Power...
