Prepaid customers of postpaid companies are heavily deprioritized, especially on AT&T and Verizon. Verizon has to be the worst when it comes to deprioritization.
Take Visible, for example. The service (along with customer service) is a load of hot garbage. But hey, it's cheap.
Me? My...
Why do people go with postpaid? Tower priority, for one. If you use a Verizon prepaid like Visible, Page Plus, etc, you're at the bottom of the totem pole for data speeds, connection quality, etc. This does NOT apply to Xfinity and Spectrum, which has equal priority to Verizon Post Paid...
If you're going to go S10/10+, go for the Note. I basically traded the S10 for the 10e (I prefer the flat screen) but I also just got the Note in. Really nice device.
The Note 5G is an absolute disaster, avoid it like the plague.
Here's a good summary - https://www.pcmag.com/news/370005/the-samsung-galaxy-note-10-5g-is-a-huge-mess
Yeah, the source sucks, but they're spot on. This is garbage.
Agreed. I have an iPhone and android as daily cell phones, and before I got my iPhone 7 (now the XS), I was an android die-hard since... Android 1.5? in October it will be 10 years. I just looked it up.
I can give up Apple a LOT easier than Google, and I'm actively trying to ditch google...
It's actually quite good. I work for a rival cable company, and Spectrum is about a half hour east of my state. LOTS of old coworkers worked for them. We won't go into the fact that Spectrum is a scumfuck company that makes Comcast look good by comparison.
That being said, let me give you a...
So a question for you: I was looking into picking up a pair of TPLink APs (on sale for $45 each), but I have yet to return the Netgear Orbi I picked up yesterday. I know that the TPLinks won't roam without an additional $75 hardware controller, but will the Orbis roam in AP mode?
One question in regards to using the Edgerouter, in this case the 10X: How is it handling VPN alongside gigabit connection speeds?
Also, how difficult is all of this to configure? I'm watching a setup video on youtube that looks relatively easy, but then I'm reading how to set up the router...
OK, so here's my situation, maybe I can get some advice.
The problem, first and foremost: Out phones (2 iphone XS, 1 Samsung S10e) and iPads have stopped connecting to the wifi, unless we reboot the router. This is an issue. In fact, this is the ONLY issue we're having. Before this, the wifi...
Why would you spend $70 to protect a $90 phone? And where the hell are you buying an Otterbox for $70?
Here: This is $20 and just as good as an Otterbox (which is completely unneccessary as it is)

The 4100 will do almost everything the other one will. All you really want is the 2 minute timer (it buzzes every 30 seconds), and MAYBE you want the brush head replacement reminder. I go by the bristles changing/losing their color. Some of the better models let you know if you're pressing...
They go on sale every other month. I ended up paying $40 for mine. I got last gen's version because it's supposedly better than the newest one, from Amazon Warehouse (new with damaged packaging), and then 20% off because I paid with my amex.
I mean... It's a 4 year old phone that's using a mid range CPU, and the ram is kind of low for modern devices. I'd try a full wipe of the phone and start fresh, it should speed things up noticably.
Sad to say, but your best bet with Android phones is to go through your carrier. Hassle free, next day (or close) exchanges, and not having to deal with bullshit like having your phone gone for a month waiting on repairs.
That's... That's not how this works. LTE bands are baked into the modem. If they release a phone without particular band support, then the phone simply doesn't have that band support. You can't add bands with software updates, or they would have just opened those bands up in the first place.
The Zenfone 6 is going to be HORRIBLE on T-Mobile, VoLTE or not. It simply doesn't have the bands needed to make it a good experience.
FDD-LTE (Bands 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 7, 8, 12, 17, 18, 19, 26, 28)
TD-LTE (Bands 38, 39, 41*, 46) *LTE B41 (2535–2655 120MHz)
You're missing bands 66 and 71, which...
I'm not sure what you're asking. This has been a thing for years now. Are you asking about noticing improved call quality? If so then yes. LTE calls are made using a higher quality compression, and are much clearer.
The manufacturer pays for the certification. Put that one on ASUS. Also, it's missing two VERY important bands for T-Mobile, I wouldn't even consider this phone with the bands it has.
Eh, in the past I would agree, but since the S9, the updates are coming pretty quickly, for Samsung. Obviously, it's not at Pixel/iPhone speed, but let's be honest here: Monthly security updates are so minor, you'd never know which one you were on unless you checked the software version...
The issue with comparing pricing on the Samsung, is that they're discounted like CRAZY a month after they go on sale. No, they're not down to $700, but you can easily get an S10 for $800. Costco is having a sale next week that puts them at $800, and you get $750 off if you trade in a device...
Camera is excellent, just use the GCam port.
If this was slightly smaller and had T-Mobile bands (It's missing 66 and 71), I'd buy it. If it was OLED (and sadly, slightly more expensive), I'd love it like it was my child.
