I read a long review in the Google set up. More tech than I understood. It said something about it being not ‘bridged’ and a bad thing if you play pc games. I do so that makes me wonder...

I did a lot of research (YouTube, other eGPU manufacturers, here on this forum and others) before buying. That said, I don’t know if there’s any list that exists. It’s a fairly straight forward application outside of the actual navigation in the setup...

Does the resolution settings for the monitor affect performance. I recently realized this Acer is a higher def than I thought. I play most games in 1080p due to my lacking GPU set up.

Well I spoke too soon. The dropping out of the WiFi started again... Maybe it’s just my iPhone. Had to unplug the units and reset my house WiFi as it went whack. Had to reset Netflix on the TV too. Guess I’ll be sending it back.

Well the TP-Link AV1300 seemed to do the job. Easy set up for sure. I have 5G now in the garage. Only drawback is it played hell with my favorite NPR station on the FM receiver...static.

So in the garage for instance, on that end, do you need a second ethernet cable or is it wifi? I don't have a laptop out there, just use my iPhone. It would have to be a wifi signal.

Well I had not thought of it because I use it on my external monitor, but I guess you could using the T3 cable. My laptop has a 960M internal GPU which I disable and boot up with the Akito/1660ti...

It does have USB too I believe... ;)
