since when? they use faraday cages on alot of things that are isolated , i have seen them used on over a mic to kill ambient frequencies and it wasnt grounded
Well excuse me, it looked like hp from bay slots on those machines, and that wasnt the point, the point was it being able to support a 3tb drive per bay which i doubt it could do, it doesnt look like enough hard drive bays to equal 35tb
i would pull them all out, get a spool of cat6 and make all the same color and cut to length what you need and buy a bunch of velcro straps, it would look alot more professional and save some headache in the long run of tracking stuff down
Ouch, yes i see some cisco products, not cheap, was this a delivery driver or just an employee? i would say fedex or ups would have a ton of insurance on their vehicles, maybe not 100k but lol hope to never find out
cable management makes things so much better looking, but its hard to do when your always upgrading or changing things, but good luck with that, deffinately would suggest some cable labels

problem with the xserve is the form factor is so long it wont fit in my rack right , my rack has a little bit of an angle to it and this thing is to big and heavy for it
