It says on the next bullet point, pcie 4x ahci and NVME... You're wrong.
Also, if it only supported SATA 6g, the 950 pro wouldn't work at all as it is a pcie drive.
Why are you even in this thread? Do you just go to every thread that talks about an ultra wide and proselytize about how they are so terrible?
21:9 isn't equal to 16:7. The only problem with 21:9 is that it isn't fully reduced, so 7:3 would technically be more correct, but it never gets...
Maybe that's not his use case?
I really don't understand why this is such a crusade for some people.
Some people don't use their computers for movies or TV shows. Some don't play games that don't support ultra wide resolutions. I would hardly say that every single other use case for computers...
I don't have a problem with 48. Mainly because I don't use the whole screen for one window. I have Max.To set up so that I have a big area in the center and then I can have other stuff snapped around it. Like if I am copying thing from a spreadsheet into another program, I can glance back and...
I have a 48JS9000, XPS15 9550 and TB15. It is still a little janky sometimes, but I think it is all still due to funky driver issues.
I occasionally have it lose connection, but I don't think it has done that in a while. I bounce around different places when I work so I'm not there every day...
I got my adapter last week. It appears to be working fine. 4k60P 4:4:4 based on all the tests I can find. Also the task bar icons that used to have some artifacting are clear now.
I have the monoprice redmere hdmi cables and the club-3d adapter. The adapters seem to be in short supply on amazon...
At $19 I thought it was a good value relative to the productivity it provides. I don't mind paying that after spending $1200 on the tv.
That said, I haven't seen the 48 for sale again since I picked it up. I really think the 55 would've been too big for my setup. I have some chairs in my...
My 48JS9000 showed up today. I'm waiting for the 18gbps redmere hdmi cables that I ordered to show up tomorrow and I'll get it set up as a monitor.
I picked it a height adjustable monitor arm for it that I'll install this weekend and my battle station will be set up.
I got one last night. I'm glad it came up because $1500 is the cheapest I had seen the 48 (currently $1800 on amazon) and the 55 was going for that. I think the 55 would've been too big, but I couldn't justify paying more for a smaller screen.
