I have the same issue, it's fixed by powercycling, changing the refresh rate, changing the resolution, or unplug/replug the video cable. I have no idea if I should sent mine in or not.

Looked at my android phone bluetooth setting and I saw "Samsung 3D TV" under devices that can be paired. I wonder is it similar to the 8000 series Samsung 3D TVs that let you control it using apps? I rather use my touch screen to change the setting than using the capacitive button on the LCD.
