I have a workstation that has way too many empty slots, and I'm looking to upgrade the RAM--looking at 8GB sticks since it only has a single 8GB stick currently, but I could buy odd lots of say 3*8GB, or 1*8GB + 2*4GB.
I'm upgrading from a 960 (2GB Strix) to a 1060, and I have two choices from EVGA: the 6.8in SC or the 10.5in FTW DT (non-OCed with FTW cooler), and I have an SFX-L PSU and V5.
I'm going for silence--my current setup has an Accelero Xtreme III mounted to the card (heatsink only--no fans/shroud)...

Does anyone have some tips on best SATA data cable lengths/angles for the following locations:
(assuming coming from bottom right area of motherboard, or ~1.5in adjustment if coming from between RAM and PCI-E area)
1. Behind front panel for ODD (assuming that a 90 degree right angle works best...

So I've had my SX500-LG v1.1 sitting in a box for a few weeks now, but after reading all this, I finally tested it out. Since I'm using a Sugo SG05 until my NCase comes in, I had to take my HDD/ODD drives out for this test.
My build idles at ~40W, and after the PSU fan spins up for the first...
*BONUS* The boards are unregistered, and the M5 also qualifies for a FREE copy of Rainbow Six Siege:

I have some BRAND NEW Z170 motherboards for sale. (The Z170A stands for native USB 3.1 support) I have 2 of each model:

The black one uses battery model A1185, right? If it happens to be A1331, I have an A1331 for a 2009 white polycarbonate Macbook that turned out to be a cheap Chinese model that only holds like 75% capacity.
Title says it all, got one of these when I bought an EVO 850 (even though my 840 is still showing signs of slowdown). Paying via Bitcoin is at a $500/BTC valuation. Paypal requires some history of heat/feedback
Redeemable via UPlay, although you might be able to add it into Steam as a...
I have this: http://www.xbitlabs.com/articles/mainboards/display/lga1155-mini-itx-intel-z77-roundup_8.html
8-Phase, but in some reviews it doesn't OC as high. Can't comment on OC-ability since it was used in a low-profile/heat build.
Currently missing the bracket for the WiFi card...
I have a 7870--although it's not FC-WCed, it's strapped to a thick (38mm) 120mm AIO (Zalman LIQ-320) using a dwood bracket so you can add a 92mm fan. Also includes stock HSF.

I also recommend the Netgear AC 1450 with the flashed R6300 firmware, although I'm not sure if you're looking for a Nighthawk-class router.

I have a used Boot Mobile version, $35 shipped.
Bootloader unlocked, and I had CyanogenMod on it before flashing it back to stock Boost.
I was going to use it as an iPod, but then I realized that it didn't have the 5Ghz band for WiFi.
Front is perfect, but the back has some finish wear, no...
Which Chipset Extreme4 do you have?
I have an I/O shield for the AsRock Z87E-ITX. It is VERY close to the Z87 Extreme4, with only the antenna holes and Clear CMOS button being in the place of the VGA and extra HDMI on he Extreme4. It should be some easy, minor modifications to make things...
Haha, I picked one up because of some promo Newegg had so it came out to pretty much free after rebate. Silence is the thing that's really great, the fan runs at like 600RPM.

Not OP, but this is the only 30in Cinema Display panel: http://www.everymac.com/monitors/apple/studio_cinema/specs/apple_cinema_display_30.html

Bump!
And on a sidenote, photography becomes a LOT less portable than PC gaming, very, very quickly, haha. Oh, I'm going for a shoot? Better make sure I have my tripod, monopod, 2-3 flashes (master and slaves), that 70-200 f/ 2.8, and 85mm.
I actually have a modded SG05 build w/ 2*3.5in drives, a 120mm AIO for the CPU/GPU, and an optical drive. I got the semi-passive 300W Silverstone SFX, and the AIO pump is my loudest component. It's fine for my current needs, but it's pretty much maxed out for silent use--higher power components...
I think you mean Socket 711 (there is, however, a 771 to 775 mod so that you can use 771 Xeons in 775 motherboards).
Anyways, I have 4 (four) Xeon E5405 (essentially a 6x mult Q9450 (which is at 8x multiplier--2Ghz vs 2.67Ghz)). $5 each + shipping.
Edit: disregard, was posted a few pages back.
Not sure if this was posted in the thread earlier, but the GTX 970 is now available in a short ITX size...and nope, it's not a Zotac or MSI: http://www.tomshardware.com/news/gigabyte-mini-itx-gtx970-oc,27915.html
