Your tablet is eMMC based on the errors, so use the firehose file for eMMC & follow the guide.
Many others, which are also in duplicate under the Treble partition layout. The major ones are boot, vendor & system when avoiding tampering with the bootloader & other critical partitions.
Possibly, but using TWRP to restore only certain partitions might get around that issue. Give it a try & let me know. Could add another section to the guide if you figure it out. Please take screenshots & notes if you can.
qiDroid (BootleggersROM Q Mod) works great. Similar issues to CAOS but a lot more customization.

If you can figure out what the cutscene file is, you could rename or delete it. Possibly if its in a config file, comment it out. I'm hoping there's a way around that. Oddly, such doesn't happen on PS4.
That's probably stemming from the same issues I saw with HavocOS (same codebase I think) & Descendant X. Corruption happened within seconds of reformatting within Android. I had to stick with CAOS for best results with my 400GB MicroSD (exFAT).
