Has anyone succeeded in enabling Freesync on the monitor?
I'm trying now with the latest nvidia drivers, gtx 1080ti and the latest monitor...
Damn, 44" is very nice. It will fit perfectly with my secondary 22" 1080p screen. Hopefully it will be available in europe soon.
Oled 240hz variable refresh!
They seriously milked us way too much with the LCD screens.
Is that a FiiO? Are you using in-ear?
Why not get a 4k 40" for them? Afterwards you can recycle them for yourself or other employees.
Damn that's interesting. If it appears on Amazon soon for a good price it might be my next monitor.
Linus' "review" of the LG 65" 4k OLED TV he was given by LG (so take his experience with a grain of salt as always):...
Which means that we'll need screens curved vertically and horizontally.
I still don't understand the problem, nor from where you took the...
I don't understand your point to be honest: why would you have to sit further back? A 110" 8k ultrawide display would be basically a huge screen...
While I'd definitely support a 10240x4320 55" to use with 2x scaling, I don't understand why a 110" version of it to use with 100% scaling would...
Damn that's beautiful. How does it feel to be surrounded by workspace?
Wow, the 40" looks small compared to it.
They probably should go for 5k or even 8k on that size.
What the hell, 16°C drop after delid!
Does Skylake support VT-x and the other virtualizaion features?
6ghz doesn't matter, The point is performance increase. That Xeon is a MONSTER. If they released that (unlocked) for enthusiasts they'd have them...
So they've decided to go the way of paying the reviewers. I'm disgusted by both pcper and (what I've heard of, since I haven't yet read the review...
They already did, it's called Xeon E5-2699 v3
But they will never release that for enthusiasts because it would impact their (WAY more...
This is pathetic. 25% improvement over a 4+ YEARS OLD CPU! And for over $700 (CPU, mobo, RAM)!
Either Moore's law is truly dead or Intel is not...
Wow, it supports FreeSync?
If you have Maxwell GPUs with HDMI2.0 you can buy one of the Samsung 48" 4k TVs.
Damn, LG's paper-thin OLED at 54" 2880p simply attached to the wall with double-side tape would be awesome!
I really hope for a 54" 5k display (same DPI as 27" 1440p) being released as well.
The DPI of 24" 1080p works wonderfully for me.
For my personal need I'll go with a 50" as soon as they are available, but most people appear to be satisfied with 40".
Very interesting, definitely following.
Yep, and ironically the countries with the highest % of women in tech are the ones that actually force them (through economic necessity) to study...
Says picture unavailable.
It has the same DPI as a 27" 1440p monitor, so it's as sharp as that.
Ok, thank you.
Guess I'll wait for the Seiki then. 72/75hz support is very important for my user case.
Up, this is extremely important.
So, has anyone tried overclocking the monitor yet? Specifically, I'd be interested if it can do 4k@72hz and 4k@75hz without frame skipping, so we...
They're shipping from Netherlands, so I'm not sure belgian store is the right word...
This is from their external warehouse, so shipping...
It doesn't have dp1.2a for FreeSync support, right?
5120x2160@120hz 50" curved with dp1.3 would be probably the most realistic one atm, but my endgame would be a curved ultrawide 8k (10240x4320) at...
At this point I'm fairly sure we'll get a 4k OLED Oculus Rift (which will provide infinite monitors through Virtual Desktop) a lot sooner than...
Nice find, it would be pretty awesome if the monitor was overclockable to 80hz at 4k!
Then you're not looking hard enough. Many of samsung's 4k TVs are less than 500 in Italy, and there was a xmas discount a few weeks ago that...
Thank you. :D
