Ok I used Clonezilla and it seemed pretty painless. However, Windows still reported my old drive size (new drive is bigger). I did the following:
1. Booted into Gparted. It reported an error with the drive size and offered to fix it and I did.

I have the firewall for my private network disabled. How do I turn off the notifications for it? When I right click the notification, the option to turn off the notification is grayed out. Running Win10 enterprise.
I'm still kinda confused. One of the HP drivers worked fine on my previous version of Win10 (1803) but it doesn't work (trying to install it) after installing 1903. Are you saying the driver is locked to a particular version of Windows 10 but like I said this is a Win 8 driver?
I'll try that site. But what's crazy is if HP is the issue, they are not allowing their own drivers install. That's why I thought it was Windows. I will say this laptop was not made for Windows 10. It is Windows 8 era laptop, but so far the Windows 8 (8.1) drivers have worked with Win 10.
Intel has a driver from March 2019 but I get the same error message when I try to install it. I think it was on Windows 7, but I remember there was a way to disable the check for 'certified drivers'. Is there a way to do this with Windows 10?

Well discovered the issue. First it was tied to one particular spreadsheet that I had open with other spreadsheets. There was a cell that had two spaces in it caused the issue. That is nuts! Deleted the cell and everything was back to normal.
I have some spreadsheets that have an add-in that pulls data in. These were all fine before yesterday. Now for any change (I think sometimes with no change) the spreadsheet will show pulling in data and of course recalculating formulas. I have tried to mitigate this by changing the formulas...
