And as i said before,it said this for hours with all cores at 100% load, i had to restart client and in turn start downlaoding new project.. Anyone know what causes this error?
well Now i have troubles. The lappy is running the SMP fine so far at about 40min per step.
The Q6600 was flying O/C to 3Ghz,each step 9:45.
However at about step 44,the q6600 rig gave me an error, something like this ( long 1-4 ????) and nothing else happened,even...
thanks for the links, i beleive i got the smp working on my duo laptop and q6600 desktop. Q6600 is 9min 50sec a step.Havent had laptop running long enough to know yet. On my vista rig i set it up under my admin acct then switch over to my normal user acct, when i open task manager it shows 100%...

I currently am running the old graphical client for vista 64 operating system.
I dont want to run the smp as it seems like a real pain in Vista 64.
I have tried to run 3 copies of the text no non-sense console along with the graphical client, however when i try, i get core download...
go with 64 bit,its the futurte.I had the same dilema a few months back when i built my rig. To be honest, 64 bit is painless, all drivers and programs work great. Would never switch back to 32.

I just gotta say the 8800 gts is by far the best card I ever owned.It is such a beast, with very limited testing,and overclocking, with my quad 6600 and this gts this thing pulls over 19000 in 3dmark 05.I cant wait to see what it can do when i really push it!!Any way to check my temps on the gts...

yes you are corect, i am using a dvi to vga adaptor.On a side note, i changed refresh rate from 60 hz to 70 hz and now it is better but not perfect.I also have 72 and 75hz as options???

Im no pro at this but from as i understand, you must print your circuit board layout on regular but shinny paper on a LASER PRINTER, then IRON the ink onto your pcb board.Then you should be able to just use your chems to wash away the copper which then leaves your traces in tact underneath the ink!
