When do i scream at USPS?
In the few instances I needed to file a claim, there was never a problem. Prompt settlement, and you can usually track the package unlike USPS which may not change for days. I have NEVER been told by UPS to buy third party insurance. Been the buyer on USPS shipped packages before that never made...- KWH
