Just want to point out that both of these are important measures. Frame-time could show irregularities that are hidden under or over the measure of fps since frametime can be measured per frame while fps, by nature of the unit, is a moving average.

I'm not familiar with that one, but if the specs I see are correct they do 1050 L\h and 4.4m of head pressure. A D5 is 1500 and 3.9m, but two D5s in series will double the head pressure(7.8m) and have the same flow(1500 L\h).
Only want to add, radiators will add heat if water temperature in the radiators drop below ambient air temp.
I would think loop order here could be of high importance depending on the outlet water temp of the chiller you pick.

I notice your CCD 2 on Chip 2 appears to be inline with CCD 1 and 2 from Chip 1 for temperatures. Maybe CCD 1 on Chip 2 is bringing that chip down?

I patched to version 49922 from 48249. Everything appears as it is going to work, but the game crashes when attempting to load the session. Everything else as it comes with the game seems to still work.
My 3900X seemed to respond nicely to some extra voltage (and cooling!)
Personally, the ROI got bad after 1.38V, squeezed another ~50Mhz stable after getting to 1.416V (@80C!!). Dipped my toe in 1.42+ and got nothing much out of it.

I also had G-sync enabled on my tests. If we had frameview across the board surely that would only serve to increase the accuracy of results.
It is worth noting, the in-game video settings also play a large role in forcing the game to be CPU bound, but it's still not rocket science.

Yep his is even faster at 5.0 I'd guess roughly right in there with the Ryzen 2nd gen at 4.2 in games if I had to guess.
Much of the Ryzen 3rd gen reviews have the same Rzyen 2nd gen at 4.2 on the charts so you can get a good idea where good old sandy is still hanging out.
