I have to disagree with you on unified memory architecture being just a cost cutting measure. There is going to be some huge advantages having both the CPU and GPU being able to access the same pool of memory without CPU and GPU communicating through PCI-e from system Memory to GPU memory...

Not that I disagree with most of your points, Games in App Store =/= Apple Arcade. 69% of revenue coming from games in App Store is not the revenue coming from Apple Arcade subscription service. It is not correct ot state that "Apple Arcade" makes more money than Nintendo, Sony, and MS combined.

Well, that fully specced x86 Mac Pro has 1.5TB of memory and couple of Radeon Pro 6900XT so they are not exactly being screwed here lol.

Which is the reason why Video game industry keeps on thriving. But I disagree with your point that the Switch is only being marketed toward kids.

Age demographics of the Switch is more diverse than people assume. Switch wouldn't have been a huge success if it was marketed just as "kid's console" It is nothing more than an assumption that the Switch wouldn't appeal to older demographics.

3D stacking tech is pretty much a TSMC thing. There is nothing stopping Apple from utilizing on their SoC if they choose to implement it.
