CS is a mix of realisim and fun, that's what made it so popular. Rainbox six is a great shooter, but too realistic for mass online play... hopefully they aren't going that direction.

I would like to know too... I need a new pad for my mx500. My everglide has worn to no surface in a few spots :eek: I need a hard mousepad (top doesn't matter) as any pad other than this one wouldn't fit exactly on the arm that I use it (hard to explain)

The question is which box to buy... supposedly there is a "single player only" box for 29.99, the one with CS:S for 49.99, and the collectors. Now CS was always a free mod for owning the origional, so will CS:S be a free download still if you own the 29.99 version or do you HAVE to buy the...

I rate the level of immersion in doom as its 2nd biggest problem. #1 is all of the action = scripted. Yay for replay value... wait where did it go? Oh replay come back! 60 bucks for a lame multiplayer that will be lost forever when CS:Source hits. Seriously folks, all of you focusing...
