Nope, at least not at max settings: https://cdn.mos.cms.futurecdn.net/8Zh6PJRHETmywPR5Bdy9AH-1200-80.png.webp
But maybe by turning down other settings: https://www.reddit.com/media?url=https%3A%2F%2Fi.redd.it%2Fzqkv1wn346yb1.jpg
People with a 4090 need to focus on DLDSR. I played Dead Space with DLDSR + DLSS quality.
DLDSR + DLSS looks always better than native resolution + TAA.
Runs very well so far, tested the forest and city in the beginning of the game. Playing with DLDSR @ 5120 x 2880 (DLDSR sharpness slider at 60) and DLSS performance completely maxed out + frame generation. To my surprise compared to 4K + DLSS quality I lose 20fps, although internal rending is...
🤣 Fair enough. By the way, two scenes say nothing at all. A GPU without mesh support could crash at any time, like it was mentioned when the warning showed up.
Yeah low FPS, that's what to be expected, but it is at least playable if the frametimes are OK. I'm not familiar with mesh shaders, but I suspect that they might be used more often in the city scene than in the forest scene and that's why the frametimes on GPUs without mesh shader support go...
NO developer in their right mind would have listed these cards within the minimum specs if you look at this horrible performance. Remedy did everything right.

"What are your thoughts on the slight oil painting look that ray reconstruction adds to the visuals of a path traced scene?"
"It doesn’t add that to Alan Wake 2. It’s a Cyberpunk issue."
Holy shit?

"On top of this, I fired it up on my PC and had no stutters, no traversal hitching, super fast loading - it felt perfect. Not a single hiccup to ruin the experience from the very first moment I pressed play. It's rare to have such a positive...
Just tested 1080p too. No weird pop-in, but damn does it look bad. Especially with Ray Reconstruction. It looks so disgusting. Pure oil paint everywhere with intense ghosting.
Yeah, that is definitely not normal. I just checked it at the same location and it looks all good. Have you checked the files? Right click on the game in GOG, installation - check/repair files.
I'm using a strength + radiant build with weapon "bloody glory" max upgraded + "radiant weapon" magic buff. The damage is insane. Makes the rest of the game super easy.
No, that was all. I'm playing with DLDSR @ 5120*2880 + DLSS quality and RTSS set to 70fps. Are you seeing big stuttering every 5-10sec?
Ingame it shows reflex is on but greyed out for me.
A new patch just came in:
https://steamdb.info/patchnotes/12438768/
They deactivated FrameGen temporarily because of crashes. Lol, I never had one in the past 8 hours with FG.
But the game feels smoother now, clearly less microstuttering while panning the camera in the main hub (Skyrest). My...
Just defeated the first boss and no major issues so far. Playing with DLDSR + maxed out settings + frame generation. Everyone playing without frame generation need to cap the fps with RTSS (driver fps cap should work too) in order to get smooth frametimes. Ingame FPS limiter does nothing for...
Actually, resolution (and even the hardware) is irrelevant if we are talking about graphic engine / DX12 related issues, such like shader compilation stuttering, traversal stuttering, CPU multi core utilization issues.
According to "Gamestar", a german site: After the review code there were...
We're excited to see what mind-blowing insights you guys will share with us next. Or maybe I missed that today is captain obvious day?
I'm waiting too. Haha.
That's true. I always leave HDR on with slider set to "0", but you have to tweak the black level with black stabilizer/ fine tune dark areas, because the black levels are raised when you enable HDR for desktop usage. To match SDR with gamma 2.2 and OLED light 20 on my C1, I have set the black...
For you it means crap. For people with capable hardware it's already a very promising and exciting glance into the future. Beside it's own flaws, CP on a 4090 with path tracing + RR at 4K DLSS quality is undeniable the best looking game right now. I can understand folks with below 4090 hardware...
What has baked in lighting to do with realtime ray tracing? What you are describing is simply classic rasterization. And which game with baked in lighting has ever reached the level of path tracing+RR in Cyberpunk?
I think you need a little bit more context about ray tracing vs rasterization...
Yeah you lose VRR. In Forspoken it only acts like a fancy refresh rate changer then. There is no difference between using VRR and locking it to 100FPS or setting my display to 100Hz without VRR.
