Totally agreed. I've never had a lost/damaged package when shipping USPS, but I still add insurance for every item I ship out. Assuming this processor was sold for under $200, insurance from USPS would cost an additional $2.85. Absolutely no reason not to include it.
And I agree with everyone...
For sale are Steam codes for both Mafia II and Just Cause 2. I received these with a new eVGA video card and don't need either. I'll PM you the code which can then be activated via Steam.
I accept Paypal only. Heat is in my sig. Not interested in any trades at this time.

Everything gone for now.
I ship out of Western Massachusetts using USPS First Class w/ delivery confirmation. I accept Paypal only. Not looking for any trades at the moment. If you have any questions, feel free to PM me and I'll reply ASAP.

I think that's the same thing that happened a few months ago when Steam had a price mistake on King's Bounty (was listed as free in their Store). I DLed it and even played it for a little while, but Steam eventually disabled it and left the files on my HD. They had to be deleted manually.
All those people who thought they could make a quick buck by selling dozens of keys on eBay are about to get flooded with negative feedback and requests for refunds. I love it :)
According to his eBay feedback, these GPUs and CPUs that he's selling are being shipped directly from Newegg. I'm guessing that he lists items up on eBay, and when someone buys it, he orders it from Newegg with a stolen CC and has it shipped to the buyer to save time. Very shady stuff.
