Did u clear cmos after? And re-do all your settings? My scores were tad lower, but system is stable. I will do second 5900x system in the next few days.

Is curve optimizer better using BIOS v153 over v151? I didn't have much luck with v151 and curve optimizer.

what about RAM latency? thanks in advance :) What I found suprising with the limited time, testing and knowledge, I thought the RAM latency will improve when going from 3600CL18 to 3800CL16. Both read/write speeds did improve, however if I'm not mistaken it only improved 1ns (63ns vs 62ns).

KickAssCop and I we are using BIOS based on 1.1.0.0 AGESA. Perhaps 1.1.9.0 improves on curve optimizer and vcore offset. I don't think vcore offset works with the current BIOS I have. I'm just finishing my second 5900x build. I will post R23 results tonight.

can you please share your settings / screenshots for noobs like me :-( Can you please post your CR15 and CR20 scores for SC/MC config. I've played with curve optimizer and I don't see any benefit over using PBO. I will post my scores later on.

New build with a fresh install.

First 5900x CPU had 3 pins broken, thank God I was able to fix it with xacto knife. BTW... The AMD packaging is total shite. I don't blame B&H. The 2nd 5900x CPU looked ok, I will examine it closely tomorrow.

The twins arrived today, the pins look undamaged :) MSI just released BIOS updates for some mobos with "Update to ComboAM4PIV2 1.1.9.0". My x570 tomahawk is not one of them, I guess I will go with its latest v151. Wish me luck.

Try clearing CMOS by shorting pins (refer to mobo's manaul), after reboot clear/reset BIOS settings to defaults and start from scratch. We are flushing/using beta BIOSes, who knows how stable these things are. Is your AIO top or side mounted? gerardfraser reported huge positive...
