Politics brings out the worst in people. All of these calls for violence are quite frankly, disgusting.
Hands down the worst thread I've ever read on any computer forum.
If NN had bipartisan support this wouldn't be an issue. Democrats want to regulate the internet and Republicans like to keep regulation limited to promote private investment and innovation.
Yikes, the Net Neutrality ragers are struggling with the natural human nature of kindness first. Why does this mean so much to these people to behave so nasty?
Price drops in manufacturing that profit nVidia surely, doubt us consumers will see that in MSRP.
Nvidia and Intel price gouging is the enemy of computer hardware enthusiast imo. If roles were reversed, I'd equally think the same of AMD.
I think it is fair to say the Vega 56/64 are only pertinent to Freesync monitor owners. However, I think the Vega 56 encroaches/overlaps the 1070 for everyone except for nVidia G-Sync monitor owners. Am I wrong?
All of this power consumption whining is pure fanboy hysteria. Even Kyle says he doesn't give two fawks about it. This card is great for Freesync owners, everyone else feel free to buy as many 1080's and 1080ti's as your heart desires.
I agree. Sorry if my post suggested it is better than a 1080. My point is solely directed at us Freesync owners. This review seems spot on in every way, I'm just happy to finally have almost 1080 performance to finally unleash some Freesync goodness. :)
Kyle and Brent, you are missing one very important point about these GPU's and that is these cards are a Godsend for those of us that own a Freesync monitor.
So the usual late term nVidia performance decline has begun while AMD's performance increases marched right past.............It's Deja Vu all over again.............
I agree that the OC's appear to be very impressive on the 7740K, but these processors should have been released for the Z270 platform and not the X299.
Yikes, those temperatures. And Intel really screwed the pooch by handicapping the 7740K. I can't think of a single reason for anyone to buy an X299/7740K combo, totally pointless. Am I wrong?
When all else fails, focus on AMD's financial performance.............as if anyone other than Intel/nVidia trolls give two shits about. This includes you, Kyle. The truth hurts like a bitch, doesn't it............
So those of use with a decent mid-tower or better, and are willing to pay $10 extra, will get even better performance at MUCH lower sound levels............who in their right mind (case restrictions excluded) not fork over ten extra bucks?
