Anyone here good with electonics/batteries? I have a 100AH LiP04 battery that i think is dead. I dont have a charger but I do have a 12v DC Adjustable power supply thing. Can i use that to try to charge the battery?

Forgot my work offers 200 a year for home office supplies...picked up a 27" monitor (currently have 2x23"), lumbar support pillow & a range extender. Hoping that extender will help get my starlink up to my office. The modem is down in my den and my office is on the 2nd floor on the other side of thouse. Mind you its a double brick, 3000sqft and 120 year home so right now i can barely connect to the starllink. Using TMobile router right now but woudl like to cancel it so i have one less bill.
