I voted yes. I'm sure Kyle and company have been under NDA's before, and I've never felt that has affected how they present their reviews.
IF the NDA has some bullshit about actually controlling what can be said in a review once the embargo date is lifted, then I would tell them to shove it.
Here's my little setup. Turned an old bedroom into a "media room" so I slapped my pc in the corner.
I feel like I've had my HAF-X case for 15 years now. I've been thinking about doing some more modding it to bring a little closer to 2018.
MSI x99 Godlike mobo
Just pulled this from my x99 pc. Perfect working RAM like new condition, I just upgraded to 8GB sticks, so I'm figured I would try to sale this to offset the cost of my new ram.
I have 2 sets of these 16GB kits. If it matters to you, all of the sticks serial numbers are sequential, *****2560975...
My main rig has a 500GB Samsung 840 Evo as a boot drive. Have another 840 Evo 1TB SSD that is for games, and then 24TB of spinners.
Been running the 840 Evo's for almost 5 years now. They have held up well, the 500GB shows it's had 63.4TB of files written in Samsung Magician.
My HTPC has a WD...
My truck has stock LED headlights, people flash their lights at me all the time because they think I am driving with the high beams on. My truck is 100% stock, so no lift kit or anything like that. Usually if I'm in a drive thru and a sedan or such is in front of me, I will turn my headlights...
That really stinks, but hardware does fail from time to time. At least you were able to find a replacement mobo. Hopefully the RMA process with MSI goes well for you. What blew up on the card to kill it, can you see any damage on it?
Are all 3 monitors showing up under Display Settings in windows? It should show 3 screens and they should be numbered 1, 2, and 3.
If one is grayed out, you may have to activate (extend the display) there for the option to show up in eyefinity
I get the chair and the hand controls, but the rest of it doesn't make sense to me. if you have a VR headset on, then you won't even see that, so I'm not sure what it would add, but maybe I'm just too dumb to get it :D
I use this one, it works pretty well, but it is a bit heavy, just get youself a 6' usb cord and leave the bank in your pocket.

This may be my future x99 board..... Looks like newegg shows a release date of 6/17

I ran two 980Ti in SLI on a 2600k/p67-Deluxe board for a good while. I got the upgrade itch and moved up to 5930k/x99-Godlike combo, and honestly couldn't tell a difference. Looking at FPS numbers my minimum frames were a bit higher, but with my Gsync monitor, I never noticed drops much anyways...
If they are founder editions, I would assume they are bought fully assembled directly from Nvidia. So components should be up to Nvidia's standards. Same as with any of the reference versions before.
Any cards they produce that are not labeled "founder edition" could have any components...
So will AIB's have Founder Edition cards also? Usually in the past EVGA/MSI/ASUS all sold "reference" cooler cards, so what happens now?
This whole move is strange in my opinion, they really needed to explain it more in the presentation. I guess we'll just have to see what happens.
In the past...
I had a similar issue back when I was running 780s in SLI on my 2600k build. Between 2 PCs, 3 monitors, a tv, modem/routers, NAS, my circuit was about at the max load already. Then I added a portable AC to the same circuit for the summer. All was fine until my PC would go under load, the breaker...
if you absolutley want to upgrade right now, the 390x would probably be the best bet for your budget.
I would suggest holding out for a couple months and seeing what Nvidia/Amd have coming.
I recently sold off my 980Ti cards, and am currently running one of my old 780s in their place. It was a...
