You do not mention cooler brand model on CPU. Definitely would repaste. Check cooler fan rpm and case airflow. I'm a dabbler so this may be silly or nonsense. Check basics and you won't chase your tail over something simple. Memory health check and HDD check would not hurt. Check installed...
