i think so, im buying a core2duo mobo and processor for xmas, and im wondering how my video card will keep up in games like bf2 and fear extc. newer generation games than im used to (hl2 mods)
i dont have much to spend at all, in the 100 range, and im not opposed to overclocking
ok, lets get this clear, i dont want to buy the wrong thing :(
im set on my motherboard, dont need any help there, i think this is the best one for MY needs at the moment, not a permanent thing
what is the deal with the cores?
whats the diff??
im going to order this
with the asrock 775 dual vista mobo, and i want to make sure i get the right core for overclocking
any help is greatly appreciated!
sounds perfect, im familiar with ddr1 and 2 and pci-e etc. etc. just not specifics, i was unaware of the new core 2 duos supremacy, and the combo you posted looks 100 percent perfect! i think ill hold off on the video card until i can afford something a little beefier

thx, uninformed ian
ok, my sysem is almost dead, cripled by lightning, and im looking to upgrade to a 64 setup
ive been out of the hardware loop since i built my last rig, and now i need some help :D
my question is, what is the best processor for the money?? i want to get a good stable overlclock out of...
should i re install my drivers when i switch my video card to reset them, or can i just leave it as is??
just wanted to make sure i will be getting the best performance out of my new card,. im pretty sure it can just be swaped out but wanted to be 100%
did not work,
found a program by the name stellar Phoenix (i think??) that was able to locate and restore my files though, unfortunately they want 100 bucks for the license to actually restore the file :(
