Get the 470. Dont let people scare you with the fan noise thing. I have 2 and it is not bad at all. It is actually quieter than my old 8800 GTs. You can pick up a 470 for around $230. I got mine for $215 each. Either way I think you will be happy

It is the drivers. I got 2 GTX470s and was only getting around 30-40 fps with the Nvidia 7/10 drivers. Uninstall the card in device manager and reinstall but use the drivers that windows gives you. It makes a very big difference. Your 460 should run that game on ultra everything/4x antianalising...

I had 2 GTX460s asus model from Amazon for $210 on order. Then the 470 went on sale for $5 bucks more and I bit on 2 of them. The heat and power was a concearn when I bought it but now that I have them they are no louder than my V6 GT. Granted that is at about 70% fan but I have not seen them go...
