I would do 5800x3d. I had 9900k and upgraded to 7700x about to do 7800x3d. I didn't see a huge bump going to 7700x maybe 10-15 frames on ultrawide 1440p. I expect another 10-15 or so with the the 3d chip. So basically went from 100fps with 9900k to about maybe130fps with x3d with the games I play.

I have not tried an older driver. A restart does solve it, I have to hit the power button on the case.

Recently installed 6600 xt and new nvme for fresh install of windows 11. If I wake up pc from sleep my display flashes the desktop every second or so. I can see that the resolution has changed to something you would see before installing display drivers. Desktop icons are huge, etc. Windows...

Ok I was able to login by resetting the password through my son's phone. It looks like my desktop and I can see all the drives. Just not sure how his log in jumped to my computer.
