You know you can always buy a T series Intel chip, or even one of the low power AMD varieties that are coming out. I mean even the Ryzen chips are only 65W at 8 cores if you don't get the x series. An 8 core chip at 4.1 will do you more good than a 4 core at 5 if you're doing more than playing...

The E5-2670 has more L3 cache at 20 megs, the same as the 5960x. It was I believe among the first 8 core and 16 thread Intel chips, and that's going back to Sandy Bridge ie 2012!

Well if Intel didn't fuck us in the ass for a decade by nickle and diming us with incremental upgrades, we wouldn't have this fucking problem. It took AMD 1 competent generation for this question to happen, when if Intel had instead done this a decade ago, we'd already have a happy outcome.

First generation of the PS3 had full hardware compatibility with ALL ps1 and PS2 games. I own one, still works perfectly fine. It's a fantastic thing to have. Sony probably could have done the same thing with the PS4, but profits come first, gotta squeeze as much of that out of us as possible.

This is some pretty slim pickings..but I guess we can't expect MS to actually take care of their customers. Kinda like how Sony screwed everyone when they got rid of backwards compatibility. Nothing like buying the same game 2-3-4 times.

The MPAA et al have to realize we are in a global market now. There is absolutely no excuse for certain regions to wait MONTHS for the release of a film or TV series. Give the people what they want, and piracy will fall.
