I'd pay $15 a month for HBO, probably 9 months a year. That plus Netflix for $25 a month, is still reasonable vs the necessity of a cable sub to get HBO currently.
Steve, read the article before you try to sensationalize. It's Chine users on Chinese servers, oh the humanity!
In related news, LOL at at American concerned about data safety abroad.
Since there is a blank image at the end of the article over the power supplies name, is it safe to assume that it won an award, and just didn't have the image linked?
I am close to settling on the following, any suggestions?
Intel Core i3-4360
Mushkin 2 x 4 GB 1600 ram
Corsair Carbide 200R case I'll be using a couple 5.25 to 3.5 adaps to allow for more HDD's if needed.
ASUS H87M-E mATX LGA1150 H87 DDR3 Motherboard
As an example, I would be looking for something similar to the following, though nothing on this list is set in stone:

Hello,
I am looking to put together a new box, primarily to run Plex, along with Sickbeard / NZBDrone, and Sabnzbd or comparable NZB client. I would be starting from scratch, needing everything except a monitor and the HDD's.
Low power would be nice, but not essential. I don't need...
I sold a Gigabyte 7950 Windforce for $450 USD this week. I paid ~$400 for it over two years ago. I added $50, and picked up a Gigabyte GTX 580 OC Windforce. Selling 2+ year old consumer level hardware at a profit is unheard of, previous to the coin rush.
I've been in the beta. Anybody expecting an Elder Scrolls game will be severely disappointed. They use the TES as the framework for the story, but it doesn't play like any Elder Scrolls you've tried. The combat is abysmal, absolutely mind numbing and clunky. Break from the path and go...
As the owner of an e-reader and a tablet, I do 100% of my book reading on e-ink due to comfort and clarity. I use the tablet for magazines, web browsing, graphic novels.
I try to buy local whenever possible, just for the convenience of returns and exchanges. Unfortunately for local stores, I refuse to pay more. Stores that are willing to match authorized online dealers will always get my business, and stores that make my life difficult will get none.
For the...
I am uninterested in playing with the hordes of Brazilians, who are not much better then a race of subterranean rat men, spamming "BR? BR? BR? BR?", "HUHUHUHUHUHUHUH" AND "FUCK AMERICA FAG" even when they play on Euro F2P servers. They are the bane of every F2P scene. Ever.
My current video card is a jet engine and a furnace combined, the cool running, quiet Asus 660 would be a massive upgrade, and look great with my Asus motherboard.
Remember all the times the US government has illegally seized domains used internationally, and not given a shit? The UN is not the answer, but the US government are doing a great job of being fuckups.
I always tried to upgrade to solid "bang for the buck" processors. My first was a Thunderbird 800 Mhz that reached over 1 Ghz, then I saved and got a Core2Duo 6300 which went from 2.1 ghz to 2.5 or so, but then I hit the jackpot and got my Q6600@2.4 Ghz up to 3.2 Ghz. That lasted me all the...
While I don't think the UN should have control, we have to keep in mind that high level domain control is currently held by arguably the most corrupt country on earth.
Since when has this been Blizzards "most fervent userbase"? They have not produced a game that pushes high end systems in 10 years. While Eyefinity would be nice, and on Blizzards budget should be included, it's laughable to think that power users make up the bulk of Blizzard consumers.
Steve once again showing that he does not understand what Anonymous is, but hey, it makes a fun story, right? To summarize dirk_b from Reddit, who described it eloquently:
The US uses this list to try to strong arm countries into implementing its foreign policies, always beneficial to Americans, and not always related to piracy. They put Canada on the list for years, and asked for concessions in unrelated matters, and in return would take them off the list.
It's...
I bought a Gigabyte 7950 Windforce for $440, that does 1200 core, 1600 mem at 1.193V, so I am very happy with the purchase. If I had a 7950 that did not overclock well, I imagine I would be raging right now.
