How did the topic turn out to be all about Nvidia's Ray Tracing even when Starfield dose not even have it and the RTX 4090 being so good at it while needing $2000 worth of hardware and GDDR 6+ memory like some cheat to compare it to something using plain old GDDR 6. it's better at costing too much.

It may be easier to scale up with less hardware than to scale down with more hardware, so I know the game for now needs to have your desktop set to 1080p to play 1080p on my cheap 4K 60Hz TV.. the new AMD 23.9.1 driver as some new tricks to use, still need to make it to the city map...

Well, I know one of my mistakes with my AM5 / RX 6700 rig is to put my desktop into 1080p, I was trying to run Starfield at 2160p with FSR 2 on with my 43" 4K TV and didn't catch that part.

Here is cheap o Wal Mart 43" 4K Roku TV that I use for a PC display, $228 it works well having a build in game mode for consoles being 60Hz plus the X Box game bar, it will make Starfield look way better at 1080p Low. It does a lot of crazy stuff for me like playing a 1080p game being upscaled...
