I've never had this problem before.
I let my computer sit to download a few large files and it never finishes, it crashes and I have to start all over again. No error codes, tried to disable auto restart on BSOD but it just goes to a black screen. BlueScreenView shows no memory dump...
Pretty interested in this. But maybe its better to setup a PC with hdmi to TV?
I use my chromecast with a surface pro a lot because its much easier than typing on xbox one / ps4 controller to find youtube videos.
Any good reviews you guys recommend to learn more? What is your main use for...
Anyone know what kind of graphics card will this server support? I assume it will need a powersupply upgrade. I tried looking for the manual and it lists PCIe
Wanted to use this for 3D rendering but no hyper threading.. hmmm
So maybe this is the wrong thread but...
I tried taking out the CMOS battery out, even pressing the little clear CMOS button.
Nothing. Just turns on but no beeps / post.
I took out every component besides the CPU.
I made sure the 6/4 pin connector was also connected.
Ah, updated for answer #8: before Nov 1st, hopefully sooner.
I live in Northern California but would rather buy everything online.
I am wondering about the advantages / tradeoffs between a 6 core last gen i7 cpu vs the Skylake 4k? Given the work I would be doing?
Hi Would love some help :).
I have a MBP 15 top of the line, latest but my last MBP died, so wanted to build a PC again to do my rendering.
I care more about value. i.e if rendering on i5 is gonna be more expensive than i7 because of electric, then would be interested in i7.
I dont want to go...
I am looking to mostly use After Effects, and Cinema 4D ( some maya too).
Wanna stay away from top top high end if possible, just to save some money and not suffer diminishing returns.
Not for gaming. Probably gonna stay away from oc to save on electric bill going crazy
I haven't really had a need to upgrade my computer in years... I don't really play games.
But now I am actually feeling a need to get into hardware again =-)
Current machine I use to work and render:
i7 930 2.8ghz
gtx 480 (old now but expensive when it came out ... hahaha)

No shame in that and thanks for trying to help.
I recommend installing one of the price tracking plugins or using their website yo check items. Not for us, but for yourself. Amazon is very sneaky with their dynamic prices. I wish reviews for products were tied to the price that person paid...
True not often, but these have not been $200 in at least a year. For $200 you are better off looking at others like krk rockits.
Just know the higher price for this is $150, not $200, and they average at $140.
Not saying these are a bad deal, I just want to point out that you are not...
Does anyone know how it compares in terms of audio quality? I know mog is supposed to be the best and spotify is not as good.
Sometimes companies can be a bit sneaky and tricky and even if their streams are high bit rates, the quality is poor.
Looks like they took some off the list =-(
Went and got one anyway... how do I download it though?
Also, any deals on Windows 7 / eek.. or even W8.1?
I'm not sure what the market rate is to look out for a deal anyway.
What amps are you guys driving these with?
For my dt770s I use this, but I know nothing about amps.
Firestone Audio Fubar 4 USB DAC/Headphone Amp - Silver
Side note: Recently I bought a few old school...
Have not upgraded in over 5 years.
Also looking to get a mechanical keyboard... Maybe a blue switch (or the loudest, have browns on ergo keyboard now)
Forgot to ask about those giant mouse pads, i have a super old ratz mouse pad. Will consider wrist rests for keyboard and...
I'm trying to think of which one to go with.. 4k 50" .. has 88ppi~ vs 39" 113 ppi ~.
Current 30" 1600p is about 100ppi
I suppose a 27 1440p is about 109 ppi.
24" @ 1080p = 92 ppi
What do you guys think? I'm leaning towards 50"
Also, isn't amazon selling both for the same price? What used to be the price?
