First many thanks for the answer on the Asus but I think I will go with a 2080super
Are they any specific 2080super that you will recommend that fit without any problem and offer good performance?
Thinking EVGA but not sur which and if they fit.
thinking about changing the component on my...
Wait, you can put an accelero3 on a 2080fe?
My last understanding was that it was not possible due to new pc different from the pascal 10X0 serie.
So you can also do Accelero 3 with 2080Ti?
In that case I migh go this way more than evga 2080ti Ultra Gaming.
Moving forward with my config I am close to having selected all the part:
gpu evga 2080ti XC ultra
MB: Asrock Z390 Phantom ITX
PSU sf600 corsaire
Cooler C14( already have it)
SSD 970 evo or evo plus
Fan a couple of NOCTUA.
my last question is regardin the ram, looking for 32Giga...
anyone can confirme me that the msi 2080 ti galing X trio and that the evga XC ultra Gaming are both fiting in the ncase?
Would like to make sure of it before ordering one of the 2.
thanks to anyone that can confirm or not.
Hi guys, ready to pull the trigger for a new ncase config.
i already have the case and a noctua C14.
what is the best 2080ti that fit inside the ncase ?by best i mean no overclock good temp without to much noise.
it s for gaming and i think i am gona go with a intel 9700k cpu.is th 9900k ok in...
NHC14 is surelly far bigger. I don't expect this new CPU cooler to perform anything close to the C14( and that quite logical)
But it might provide a good alternative especially with an I5.
I think that the C14 remain the king of the Air cooler CPU for the Ncase.
Hey I got a question. So if you buy a 2080ti to play 4k. Goal will be to have 60 frames, that it?
I am not use to the 1080ti, but can t the 1080ti do 60 frame at 4k( taking out a couple of not significantly changing option)?
Let s say you like counter strike. If the 2080ti can do more than...
We just need to wait and see benchmarck.
Then depending on your need you can décid.
If you fully focus on 4k 2080ti might do it. Ifyou focus on 1080 the 1080ti might be the best.
A part of me do hope that those 2080ti don t get super succesful. Those price need the consumer to react and show...
Oh yes. It should fit except for the part you showed. It might be ok but someone would need to confirm.
With the new tdp of the 2080 to, accelero3 is even more needed, just like the platinum grade of the new sf600( especially if you want a 9900k with your 2080ti)
So basically the accelero 3 might fit the 2080, but as it goes more on the back, it might not fit inside the ncase.
Any one knows how much clearance there is at the back of the accelero3 with a 1080 inside a ncase?
Looks like we would need 1 cm may be.
Now that there is leaked image of the PCB of those card, any of you is able to tell me if an ACCELERO 3 GPU cooler will be available?
I need to be ready to preorder just in case they release them today after the presentation.
As there is already some pics of the 2080 serie pcb, do you think that the accelero 3 will be compatible?
I have to be ready to pull the trigger if they start selling them today after the presentation.
thanks a lot, do you think that the 6 fans were useful? I was thinking that going with 4 Fans, would be enough.
2 NFA12 as intake under the Accelero 3 and 2 other as intake on the side bracket.
I will not wait for the 9900k, I will just o with the 1180and 8700 k, and I might update to a 990k...
Yes it is a C14.
So a pair of NF-A12x25 and they should leave enough space for the ram?
Plus another pair of NF-A12x25 under the accelero 3. 4 NF-A12x25 total?
Thanks a lot for the Ram advice. And now people are feeling me to wait september and the 9900K...
with the new incoming 1180(or 2080...) I am ready to pull the trigger.
I would like to share my list of component and have your imput.
I already own : Ncase M1v5, Noctua C14
i will buy :
asus strix z370I -> not sure about this one, seems like the best option so far
with new cpu from intel that are said to be soldered, we might found a quite good new set up. would the new noctua A12x25 work on with this? or are they to thick?
I already have a c14 but this cooler would allow me may be to use higher RAM.
Planning to do a set up in september, I hope that...
what do you think about this one : https://www.tomshardware.com/reviews/corsair-h100i-pro-cpu-cooler,5471.html
Any hope to have it feet inside the M1? could be a great option with new Noctua fans.
I am still checking for the new sf600 PSU but seems like it's still unaivalable.
yes but they are no performing in the same way as the brown own.
the black industrial one make more noise as they provide more pressure.
the grey one are a "cheaper for less quality " version of the brown one.
so if you want the silent Noctua version, you still have to go for the brown. at...
By black you mean that the A9s will be from the industrial Noctua line up?
Or is Noctua going to finally offer their main line up in a different colour than brown?
Just googled and could nt find any new about colour option for Noctua fans.
I have a small question
I am thinking about a...
Not sure about other people but I rarely remove my MB... so yes this solution is less user-friendly but I would rather have better thermal or better anything and have to deal with the trouble of losing 1 hr every year if I need to upgrade my ssd if I can enjoy a better solution during this year...
