These drivers are fucked for me. This is the first time I have ran into issues with AMD drivers. First, the Gaming Evolved app download apparently timed out during installation. No problem, uninstalled the drivers/CCleaner and attempted to install again minus the gaming evolved app.
Look at...
These crash BF4 for me on load. The 14.1 version performed fine. Ah well.
Edit: Deleted the DrawUI line in the config file and it seemed to resolve this issue.
I think it's worth it. I'm having tons of fun, and personally for all the "I've crashed so much" going around, I only crash maybe once a day. I also do not have any other issues. No lag, frame rate issues, etc. I guess those of us that are somewhat appeased with performance aren't that verbal...
Ah yep, I hear ya, I'm actually an Nvidia converter for the moment... I go back and forth. However, the idea behind Mantle, and the fact that it will be utilized in BF4 was my selling point. I believe I read an article today that a few more game companies hopped on the Mantle bandwagon. Only...
I had down clocked everything before starting BF4 so I could rule out the system being the cause of any errors if they did occur. And yes, this data was gathered on 64 player official servers. I was surprised at how much the system memory speed increased the processor utilization (as you see...
These numbers are about spot on. I did some rudimentary benchmarking of my own, to see what I could tweak and to check in general how the game was running. Also worth noting, after this I upped my memory speed to 1866, and it increased my processor utilization to an average over 80. Here are my...

That's because it seems someone with a one item store front bought those 3 and re-listed them at a higher price... I'm not sure how the Amazon store front back end works, but I would imagine you are able to do that I guess.. It seems most of the people that are buying the cards are doing so to...
Amen. I've contacted Amazon for the past two days and they couldn't give me any details on when they will be getting their shipments... I refresh their page and NewEgg about every hour to check for stock...
I don't know the story either, but if that is in fact the case it's rather unethical. Frost your wheaties is right. I've been searching high and low for one of these cards...
Hrm, after looking at all the options, I would go for the Viewsonic. But, when deciding between those two, the price is probably going to be the factor that makes me choose the Asus...
Also Porter, I see you have a 290X incoming, where did you order it from?
Hrm, there is a very good chance I go back to the red side with this... Does anyone know how much cards usually get marked up in the first week or two of initial sales? I wonder if they'll even be available...
Starting to get static in my audio... constantly having to reboot to make it go away. Not too happy about this.
Edit: It seems to have to do with the format settings and frequency in the control panel...Perhaps this will fix it.
