I'll try that out if there's no other alternative I can think of. The fan headers on the mobo are at the other end of the case from where the pump is, and my cabling is messy enough rushing this build as it is. How much RPM is needed for that pump to go up to that noise levels, anyway?

Just curious, what did you use to mount the DDC pump to the bottom of the case? Or is it held there by double sided tape?

How many stop fittings are provided with the Ncase reservoir made by FrozenQ? The pictures on the website suggest that 6 are preinstalled, with only the rear screw holes left empty, but the unit I received had the 2 bottom ones missing as well. Edit: didn't read before posting, just saw drklu's...

Yup, currently comfy with T2, but targeting to be able to do T4 in groups easily for more XP. RoF pretty much stays on permanently as long as I hit 2 or more enemies with it.

I know the EK one fits, the issue really is the EK one doesn't have published dimensions of the block for comparison with XSPC's. The XSPC one is also more readily available here.

Are Hellfire Ring crafting runs worth it given 2.0.1 loot stat changes? I've tried doing Torment 3 key warden runs for a week whenever I'm free. Got one ring so far, and a crap ton of Spines but none of the other crafting gear lol.

Great! I currently have everything set up except the water loop right now. The stock cooler on the 290X is really inadequate for the task right now... the Asus monitor program reports 60C mobo temps / 75C CPU temps for me after 2 hours of gaming. Now I just need the FrozenQ res to ship...

How good are your 290X temps and is its clock speed maintained under load? I'm actually considering a similar build.

If you're not in the US, it can make sense. Another example is how gimped the GTX 460's clockspeeds were so they can get rid of those pathetic GTX 465 cards.

Using a P8Z77-I Deluxe, no malfunctions so far. My colleague's DirectCu R9 280X had artifacts out of the box, and exchanging it for another unit from the retailer he bought it from still had the same issue. Bad batch perhaps?

The slim fan is for the bottom of the case. Just wondering if the extra airflow will help. I guess I won't be pushing the CPU that much, until the rumoured 600W ST60SF-G turns out to be real. That, or I might end up with a 770 or 780 with a waterblock.
