Well, on one hand - Google is doing what they do, collect and market data.
On the other hand, this should probably be brought up to the local school board to see if the understand (or care) about the data collection. If they know about it, and accept it - start voting them out, or get together...
I think that was a pretty fair assessment.
Win 10 is a pretty good operating system. I would rather they kept the control panel, if nothing else, just because I am familiar with it and know where to find stuff.
The privacy stuff: Apple and Google get it to sell you stuff or make money from...
I haven't seen it, don't want to see it. Am I the only one that doesn't like "star wars"?
I mean, the movies are ok, but I've only seen the first three. Lasers, light sabers, etc. Ok, cool. Story? Eh, not so much.
A lot of the one star reviews I read are based more on someone's perception of what the item actually does, is for, or how it works. A lot of morons order things not really understanding what they are ordering.
Sure, there are legitimate beefs, but most companies will attempt to make it right.
He realizes, as does everyone else, that he'll NEVER make enough to pay off the fines. In that sense, it's like not being fined at all as they government has to leave enough money for him to pay rent, food, etc.
I tried inbox for a couple of months and finally got rid of it. If they force this, like others I'd be gone. I'd probably still keep the address for spam, etc. but I wouldn't bother checking it. EVER. :D
Probably not the most common sentiment on [H] but....If it ain't broke, still does what I need it to do....I don't buy new stuff for the sake of couple of features, etc. when the basic functionality remains the same.
4K TV's? Yeah, as soon as they start broadcasting in it I might consider...
Meaning...what? That liberals are stupid and therefore do not earn as much, or liberals are smart and earn a lot of money, but you can't afford them?
I'm really confused as to what the comment "And I'm a liberal" adds to your statement.
Now, that might be a product worth buying. Got stuff on your computer you don't want family and friends to see? ;)
Leave a note with instructions to plug something like this in (Obviously with more destructive power) to fry everything it touches. Mainboard, RAM, Drives, etc. :D
I would think an attack by the Chinese would all but guarantee that the US would not pay them back. So....China attacks the US. The US kicks the ever living shit out of them, and then the US government simply says....we don't owe you anything.
Sounds like China has a lot more to lose.
NOT a fan of tipping SHITTY service.
I normally tip about 20-25% for good service, but why in the hell would I give a "gratutity" for indifferent or non existent service?
It's not that I don't believe in tipping....I'm just not going to give a tip for shitty ass service. If your downtrodden...
Um...Sorry. I can't let him take that one. I own that one.
Sorry...Seemed like a good idea at the time, but I was drunk.
Bubonic Plague....Yeah, sorry about that one too. I was sober, but...a guys gotta do what a guys gotta do.
In my experience, MS has never done anything but activate. I replaced a motherboard, HDD, and video card on computer. Installed Win 7 tried to activate - failed. Called MS and a few minutes later I was on my way. It's really only as big of a deal as you want to make it.
They are entitled to...
No idea, that's what it defaulted to. It's now in extended, but does the same thing.
At this point...getting tired of messing with it. After much searching on the net....this isn't fixable at this time. I don't have to use Edge, it's interesting, but since it won't pop up where I want it to...
Some open on the left monitor, namely the start menu and the Edge browser. Apps that I had before the upgrade open on the monitor they used to open on.
I use Nvidia surround, so it's all detected as one big monitor.
No. If I close Edge on the center monitor, it will reopen on the left...
This is going to sound stupid....
Has anyone with multiple monitors figured out how to force an app to open on a specific monitor? The only problem I am having is with Edge. It always opens on the left monitor, but I would prefer it to be on the center monitor.
