No, I'm not switching to full screen. It changes when I press play and my desktop edges and taskbar are not within the frame of the screen. And when I do full screen the video, the edges of the video are cut off.
I can't figure how to fix this problem. I have my computer hooked up to my sony tv and the resolution is set correctly, but whenever I play a video the resolution changes. My taskbar and the edges of the video are outside of the screen. When I close the video, the resolution goes back to normal...
I've been looking into these fans also. From the reviews, they seem to be very quiet and produce a good of air compared to most quiet fans.

From what Paragon is saying, it looks like I might have problems with the fan hitting my memory. I'm using some Corsair Vengeance ram with the extended spreaders.
My ATI 4850 went out on me recently so I'm using an Nvidia 260 video card. With the Ati card, I had sound going through my hdmi cable just fine, but with the Nvidia card, I'm not getting any sound. I know that I'm suppose to connect a 2 pin connector from my Sound Blaster card to my video card...
