Atlas: Set Sail for Fail!

Thanks for the recommendation, I've just begun looking into a multi-monitor arm myself to free up some valuable desktop space. My 34" UltraWide and my 24" 16:10 are a little....big when both in landscape.

@%&# I wish I had seen this first! The EDID trick did nothing for me. Never had a problem with my nvidia cards, but I switched over to a 390x and suddenly had the problem. I still have this as my 2nd monitor.

650 hours on record for me, something about this game keeps me coming back for more, even after getting pissed off or frustrated.

I think I asked this a long time ago, but is there a map / game mode like Arma2:OA's Insurgency? I also remember messing around with Wasteland for a bit. It was fun at first, but it seems less about survival than it does just running around to salvage & scavenge so you can just buy better guns...

FYI someone finally made an FOV fix mod. It works by memory hook I believe, so it has to run in the background with the game. Doesn't seem like anyone had success with tweaking ini files because there's just no setting for it. Edit: Link

I think that in order to start an invite only session, you have to do it from the single player menu. If you're already online and in a public session, you'll have to jump to single player first. Then you can free roam all you want.

They talked about the physics when it was in development, and they decided that they wanted to keep the arcade feeling from the originals.

Just nitpicking here, but if the impact of the cannon imparts that much force on the target, how is there no recoil? The shells don't seem to have much explosive power, if any at all.

Squadron 42 is only "2016" as per the one video. And PU is after that. Also, I would say that all the negativity is actually the problem of having a transparent development. I've seen it before with other Kickstarter / Early Access games that turned out successful. Too many people forget...

I think Sverebom's analysis makes a lot more sense, but it's been almost completely ignored of course because skeptics and fanboys alike would rather fight amongst themselves. But that's just my opinion...
